Unlike other woven carriers, our carrier is very resilient material and easy to wear enough to make your fur kid feel at ease. The best way is to choose your size on the size chartand wear it like your favorite T-shirt. Please measure the fullest part of your bust.
How much weight can AnccoPlus Pet Carrier Sling hold?
AnccoPlus Adjustable Pet Carrier Sling can hold and carry up to 20lbs (9kg)and the Convertible Pet Carrier Sling holds and carries up to 15 pounds (7kg), regardless of size.
This carrier sling is too hard to wear, how do I put it on?
We recommend that you read the user instruction manual that came with the product thoroughly before you try it on, and you can watch the video on here to help you get started.

Absolutely! The Adjustable Pet Carrier Sling allows easy customization for different users. Simply adjust the strap length to fit your body size. This versatility ensures that anyone in your family can use the carrier comfortably.(Convertible pet carrier slings cannot be used by multiple family members of different sizes)

How do I clean the carrier?
AnccoPlus pet carrier slings are made of high quality, resilient fabric that is easy to clean. All AnccoPlus products are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low - never boil or dry on high. Washing/drying at high temperatures may cause the air mesh located inside the back to shrink.For more information, please read the user instruction manual that comes with your product before use.
Warranty
What is your warranty?
We’ve dedicated significant effort to crafting essentialsthat are durable and lasting so we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. While wear and tear is normal, especially with pets, if your item sustains damage due to a manufacturing defect within a year of purchase, please email us at support@anccoplus.com to discuss our warranty. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are dirty or damaged by pets. However, if you receive the wrong product or it breaks, we’d be happy to look into it to help improve our products.
Shipping & Orders
What does AnccoPlus Ship?
AnccoPlus ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible via USPS, UPS or Fedex. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $100+! Under $100, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take my order to ship?
If you choose Ground Shipping, your order will arrive in 5-6 business days.
If you choose Expedited Shipping, your order will be delivered in 2-4 business days.
International Orders typically arrive at their destination country within 10~21 business days. However, once your package has arrived, it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.
How can I change my shipping address?
We will make every effort to accommodate any change requests, but we cannot guarantee that updates will be implemented before your order ships. If your order is being sent to an incorrect address, please email support@anccoplus.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We will make every effort to accommodate change requests, though we cannot guarantee updates before your order is shipped. For pre-orders, any changes or cancellations can only be made during the pre-order period. Please contact us at support@anccoplus.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and our team will work with you to resolve any issues. Please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take the carrier 1-2 business days to update the tracking information. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us at support@anccoplus.com.
What payment methods does AnccoPlus accept?
At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards. We unfortunately do not accept traveler’s checks.
Do you ship to PO boxes?

Return & Exchange
What's your return policy?
If you want to exchange or refund, the item should have been purchased directly from AnccoPlus website “www.anccoplus.com website”
Unused or unworn items may be returned for a refund within 30 days or exchanged within the same period. Please note that we currently do not accept exchanges for limited-edition collections, and items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For the return & exchange, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We don’t provide the return shipping label. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
We reserve the right to approve or deny returns or exchanges for items that fall outside these guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@anccoplus.com.
For all international orders, please reach out to support@anccoplus.com to receive details on processing a return for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged.
Orders over $400 are final sale and non-returnable. If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, or if you are interested in ordering in bulk for non-wholesale purposes, please contact us at support@anccoplus.com.
What about exchanges?
Exchanges are simple! Any unused or unworn items (excluding pre-orders) can be exchanged within 30 days. please contact us at support@anccoplus.com. At this time, we do not accept exchanges for limited edition collections, personalized items, or international orders. Please note that a $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
Please Note: Unless it is an error on AnccoPlus's part (i.e. processing error), we cannot refund the shipping costs.
What if my gift recipient wants to exchange or return their item?

My dog broke the item! What can I do?
